These lightweight bands come in five different resistance strengths so you can progress and regress each exercise as needed. The bands are 12” in length, so they can comfortably fit around your legs or arms, depending on which area you are targeting. These bands are best used for light resistance training, physiotherapy, pilates, yoga or general stretching, and are not intended for extreme loads.
